1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the dbd99 platform ("Platform") and its users ("Members" or "Players"). By using the dbd99 website, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

5.3 — General Bonus Rules

• Each member is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used on your own account and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Claiming bonuses using bots or automated software is not permitted.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 — Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket, football, basketball, kabaddi, and many other sports. Please review all rules and odds carefully before placing a bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, dbd99 reserves the right to void that bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbd99 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or documents.
• Bonus abuse or applying bonus hunting strategies.
• Using automated bots or hacking software.
• Colluding with other members to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the Platform.
• Harassing or intimidating other members or staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

dbd99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• In the event of failure to complete identity or age verification.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• When required to comply with a court order or directive from a legal authority.

8.1 — Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, please contact the support team. All valid balances will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will be considered void.

9 Privacy & Security

dbd99 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. The Platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.
